Why Price Carbon

Why Price Carbon is a series of letters written to all NH state legislators to help inform the legislative body about the benefits to New Hampshire of cash-back carbon pricing legislation.  We can do this in the state, and the state can prepare for federal legislation.  We can also help Congress pass bipartisan federal legislation, and that will help the world price climate pollution appropriately.  This will put efficient market forces to work worldwide, reducing climate pollution as rapidly as we need for our own safety.
